Who we are:
The Tipsico Lake Association is a not-for-profit
membership organization dedicated to the protection,
preservation and improvement of Tipsico Lake.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization that has been
helping to maintain the integrity of Tipsico Lake
since 1952. Our mission is to ensure
that Tipsico Lake remains one of Michigan's premier
lakes. We accomplish this mission by:

Promoting conservation of the area's natural scenic
beauty and intrinsic character.
•
Encouraging planned and orderly development of the
lakeshore and other property in the Tipsico Lake
area consistent with its primarily single-family,
residential, recreational, and farming character.
• Working to
improve all aspects of Tipsico Lake's quality,
having due regard for the different uses of this
invaluable natural resource.
•
Encouraging membership among property owners on the
lake who are interested
in Tipsico Lake's welfare.
This
site presents the structure and work of the
Association. We invite you to peruse the site,
contact us with your questions/comments and of
course, new members are welcome (membership is
restricted to those owning property on Tipsico Lake). |
